Explanation

Quick join matches no longer functioning properly. Sometimes it just says server full and thats that. But other times some strange interactions happen. After getting server full error, and clearing it, and tryint instead to join a match through the server finder, it'll join a different server (maybe the one it tried to join with quick join) and the game will be non functioning. Map wont load in properly. No voice chat. No deployment menu. Not sure how to recreate.
