Steps to Reproduce

  1. Down a player who you can see while they are running around
  2. Look at them through the scope for recon and they are no longer visible

Explanation

Downed Players are not visible in the scope. When you look through the scope on the sniper or Recon class and down a player they are no longer visible in the scope.
