Persistent 'Server Shutdown' Message Blocks Voting After Server Switch

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play until you see a 'Server Shutdown' message on a server
2. Leave the server before it shuts down
3. Play another match on a different server until it finishes
4. Observe that you see the same 'Server shutdown' message again with the timer not counting down
5. Note that you are unable to vote for the next match, even though other players on the server can vote and the next match will be started normally

Explanation

After seeing a server shutdown message once, it keeps being shown on other servers and prevents you from voting for the next match.
