Steps to Reproduce

1. No clue as to whether or not it's something that I trigger, or if it's just a natural bug with the counter

Explanation

The new(?) shutdown timer, while I appreciate it, functions horribly. It constantly gives a false countdown and locks my ability to vote for a map despite a server not actually shutting down, and when the server actually does shut down the timer doesn't go down at all. I've had MAYBE 5/20-30 games wherein the countdown didn't appear and I could vote. PLEASE FIX IT
