Helicopter Spawn Bugs in Paradise HQ

Steps to Reproduce

1. Take any helicopter and fly it over the enemy HQ. The timer starts.
2. It goes away and doesn’t pop back up, or it simply doesn’t pop up at all.
3. Go around the back side of the enemy’s HQ and sit in a boat behind it until you get shot.
4. The issue has been happening for a week or so, getting worse every day.

Explanation

Both of the HQ Spawns on Paradise have terrible helicopter bugs. It’s being abused quite a bit.
It can be replicated with the boats as well.
