Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have SSAO and/or Bloom enabled.
  2. Move.
  3. Everything is unsharp/blurs.
  4. I don't know if that is what should happen, but it feels horrible.

Explanation

SSAO and Bloom both cause blurring when moving with the latest update on PCVR.
