SteamVR overlay=no latency the game=big rotational latency as if my head rotation is interpolated

it may be less at higher refresh rates but I only have a vive so 90hz only. I imagine it is exacerbated for the people having fps issues if it is interpolation that is dependent on fps.

feels like trying to play a game over parsec, only present on forefront not in other VR games

slowmo of the first video to be able to see the issue better, it's harder to notice in recording but basically unplayable in VR
