Persistent Lag Issues During Gameplay

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join any lobby
2. Observe the issue happening
3. Note it occurs in high and low ping lobbies, rush and conquest modes, 32-player lobbies, and empty lobbies
4. Notice it does not happen in training grounds
5. Have tried various other scenarios without resolution

Explanation

I have had un playable lag for a while now. I haven't been doing anything different that could possibly cause this to happen. Before the lag was all the time my game would only lag if I was screen recording or using another app like connections or browser while playing.
