Haptic Feedback Issues and Server Join Black Screen Error

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go into a vehicle and try to repair
2. Turn controller haptics all the way down
3. Try to join a full server

Explanation

The first is when the haptic for your controllers is at 0%, the haptic feed back shows no change for the repair tool.

The second is when you join a sever but then someone joins it before you, but right before you see the map name and image it will go black and you have to look all around to find the "Sever Full Error" which should be in front of you.
