Steps to Reproduce

1. Playing the game on higher than 80 to 90 fps
2. Ensuring the game is running in SteamVR

Explanation

game stutters and freezes every now and then for a split second often now
turning off all the new pc visuals in settings still affects gameplay

i was thinking this could go in suggestions but its not a feature as it was something that wasn't a issue before in the past so i thought reporting it as a bug was the best fit

when rolling out a update just please try to double check if the update won't hinder performance like it does. before this update i could run the game at 120fps while streaming on discord with slight stutters every now and then, but now i am barely scraping by on 90fps while streaming on discord
