Steps to Reproduce

1. Hold breath with left trigger while playing recon
2. Bug happens at random

Explanation

Recon hold breath is bugged. The recons hold breath randomly stops working, even after multiple tries, sometimes it just refuses to stabilise. This seemingly happens at random as there are other times it works exactly the same as before, regardless of how long there is in between each use.
I assume that this is unintended as there is no mention in dev notes.
