VR Device Error: Forefront Fails to Load with OpenXR OBS Mirror Enabled

Steps to Reproduce

1. I found out the cause of Forefront not working for me for the first 45 minutes tonight on the livestream.
2. It was the Open AI Layer from the new OpenXR OBS Mirror.
3. Just verified that off stream.
4. The API Layer needs to be disabled on the OpenXR OBS Mirror app.
5. Also, the API Layers need to be disabled in Steam under the API Layers.
6. This is required for the game to load properly to play.
7. It's worked for all the other VR Games I've played using it, but not Forefront.

Explanation

"No VR device available. Please quit the game and try again with a device connected" Error upon loading Forefront. This is the first time this has happened from 200 hours playing the game.
