Achievements for Engineer and Support Classes Not Triggering

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a class that has every unlockable unlocked and another class that still needs one more thing to unlock before the achievements update.
2. Ensure the class that already has everything doesn't pop the achievement for the Engineer.
3. Go to level up the Engineer class one more time to see if it would trigger the achievement, but it didn't.
4. Have the Medic Class which still has one more thing to unlock, the Scavenger Perk.
5. After the update, unlock the Perk, obtaining every unlockable for the Support Class, but the achievement still doesn't trigger.
6. Play on PC using Virtual Desktop to play the game through Steam.
7. Observe that neither the in-game nor the Steam Achievement pops.
