Steps to Reproduce

  1. Invite friend to party
  2. accept invite
  3. have party leader join a match
  4. see if friend joins game with party leader

Explanation

Issue with creating a party and joining a game. Each time I've tried, with different accounts, the party leader joins, and the other person just sits in the lobby.
