Humvee Spawn Incorrect on Clearwater Conquest Map

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join a server that is running the Clearwater Conquest map
2. Go to the street at the foot of the mountain that Point E is on
3. Look for the pile of wooden planks with the containers next to it
4. The Humvee in question is merged with the pile of planks
5. Haven't tried to enter the Humvee yet

Explanation

Spawn of Humvee is inside a pile of wooden planks near point E on the Clearwater Conquest map on both the standard version and the variant version, this does not occur on the Rush version of the map
