Regression of:	#946 Tank and Vehicle Steal Glitches on Siberia and Paradise Maps This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Rush into the enemy HQ
2. Make it to a vehicle before the out of bounds timer runs out
3. Get into the vehicle (jeep, 4wheeler, boat, mini, big bird, etc.)
4. Do not try to drive or fly the vehicle
5. Try to fire the tank guns or guns on the jeep or big bird
6. Observe the vehicle blowing up and the player getting killed

Explanation

So I’ve got it on recording, we tested several maps and several different vehicles. But you can essentially sit and hang out in the enemy HQ and even kill them in their own spawn. I’ve got video recording from Clearwater, Siberia, and Iceland, all on Conquest.
I uploaded a screenshot, here’s a link to the video I got from Clearwater. I’m gonna edit all the maps we tested it on into one video.
