Helicopters Lose Upward Momentum After Passenger Exit and Re-entry

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to training grounds, get in a helicopter and fly straight up for a while
2. Jump out and get back in, and the helicopter will refuse to give any upward momentum
3. I recommend the little bird as it has the highest climb rate
4. As you can see in the video, the helicopter isn’t even slowing down upon the throttle being increased

Explanation

The helicopters will not provide any upward momentum if everyone exits the vehicle then someone gets back in
