Steps to Reproduce

1. Choose Medic class
2. Equip Medical Syringe gun
3. Shoot syringe gun
4. Attempt to reload syringe gun by bringing syringe from chest close to the syringe clamp at the back of the gun
5. Watch the syringe disappear from your hand and reappear on your chest as if the reload didn't register
6. No idea if it's related to the speed you move your hand at to insert the syringe, server ping (EU player on EU server with 19 to 20 ms) or unrelated reasons

Explanation

Insertion delay for medical syringe regardless of map which causes player to have to repeatedly insert the syringe into the applicator only for the syringe to vanish until it finally is inserted for unknown reasons
