Rush Point Disarmament Timer Bug After Killing Disarming Player

Steps to Reproduce

1. Be attacking team on Fjord, stage 2, have B armed
2. Someone from defending team, starts disarming
3. Kill the person disarming (might have been a headshot i don't know)
4. After the player disarming dies, the timer of the disarming continues, and the point STILLS disarms
5. Now noone on the team can arm B anymore. It's stuck fully

Explanation

Rush is broken. After killing someone disarming, it still finishes the timer and disarms the point. After that happens no one can arm the point again
