Steps to Reproduce

1. Opening and closing the lid
2. Grabbing the bullets
3. The animation jitters and repeats due to a rubber banding effect
4. This effect delays the total reload time significantly

Explanation

Quilin reload animation has weird jitter that repeats when grabbing the sections to reload. They repeat and is more noticeable on a distant server.
