Steps to Reproduce

1. When flying in a heli or jet on Kars close to the edges of the rocks, you get a black and white screen and an out-of-bounds prompt.
2. It is known that this is to prevent infantry from camping on the hill tops.
3. However, for flying vehicles, this should perhaps be turned off to avoid showing up when you fly really close to the rock edges.
