Explanation

Party bugged for leaving game. Leaving a game with a party kicks the party leader.
Leaving with party leaves the party in the game.
Leaving without party takes the party with you, but kicks you.

Leaving with party, if a party member quits at the same time, may result in any remaining party members as ghosts members of the new party of the person who left with you. This ghost party has no effect aside from the names being part of the party and the party leader counting as a party leader. (Not tested what happens if the new leader rejoins or the remaining members leave)
