Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into a server
2. Select any US server
3. Observe the ping, which is >60 on all US servers
4. Visit the provided link to view a recorded video demonstrating the issue
5. The video is approximately 20 minutes long

Explanation

The servers are broken, people just slide across on my screen, my shots don't count, others are fine and other aren't, and this only happened after the 6.0 update, doesn't matter what weapon i use, what i do, anything, it is just a laggy mess.
