Steps to Reproduce

1. Join a map with ATVs
2. Get on an ATV
3. Flip it somehow
4. Die from being unable to exit the vehicle

Explanation

When flipping the ATV on its back, the player is unable to exit the vehicle whilst it takes damage from being flipping upside down, killing the player in the process once it explodes
