Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to shoot teammates in moving vehicle
2. Second problem (shoot stim gun)
3. Reload
4. Then do that about 39 times and it should stop working somewhere in that time frame

Explanation

The stim gun on the medic class is bugged in vehicles. Can’t shoot teammate/passengers while in movement. It’s also really tricky to reload: it just doesn’t work half the time in intense situations.
