Explanation
Player was moving erratically even without a medic nearby. (Medics are exploiting self stims/stim swaps for hit reg benefits (some bullets seem to not do damage when moving erratically while stimmed)). The player was not playing medic at the time and although no medics appeared to be nearby, the player seemed to permanently have the stim buff.
