LMGs Fire Rate Discrepancy Compared to ARs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Take either the M249 or Qilin LMGs, then compare their fire rates to the M4 and Klav respectively
2. You will notice that despite both compared guns having the same listed RPM, the LMG will always fire slower than its AR counterpart

Explanation

The LMGs, despite having the same listed fire rate as other weapons, fire visibly slower than said weapons.
