Steam Frame Standalone Mode Fails to Launch

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click Play on the Steam Frame
2. Observe that the game shows it's executing
3. Note that the game never loads

Explanation

Steam Frame standalone not launching. I was able to launch Forefront one time on standalone after downloading and installing the game, and after closing the game and trying to launch it again it will not load. It has been several days that I have not been able to launch the game.

I tried everything from verifying game files, reinstalling the game, restarting systems, making sure game/OS are up-to-date, changed resolution, turned off eye tracking, changed compatibility modes, changed between different HMD Hz (72, 90, 120Hz), etc etc.. nothing worked, and the same issue persists where the game simply will not launch in standalone mode.
