Steps to Reproduce

1. Get in a vehicle
2. Shoot a wall with your main gun
3. Observe that the bullets go everywhere
4. Reload and notice that you automatically use your flares

Explanation

While driving a vehicle like the humvee or black hawk you can use your gun and or gadget. But it acts like I'm permanently jumping so the bullets go everywhere I'm not aiming at. As well as I can't reload and not activate the flares like before
