Controller Restarts Repeatedly When Pressing Right Thumbstick

Steps to Reproduce

1. Once you get into a server press down the right thumbstick with an Index controller.
2. It turns the controller off and on repeatedly very fast.
3. Tracking will return after a few seconds assuming you don't click the thumbstick or hold it down.

Explanation

Whenever I'm pressing my right thumbstick down it keeps restarting my controller over and over. It only seems to happen when the game is running. At one point I tried to hold it down for a bit and eventually the controller started blinking red like crazy. It however started working like normal after going through the pairing process again.
