Steps to Reproduce

1. Use the recon to get the results more often
2. Just try to kill anyone

Explanation

There is a bug in the game that causes guns to not register hits i know i hit my shots because i still see the blood splatter animation when you hit someone it can happen with any gun but i see it happen with recon alot, with my own experience and when fighting recon class. I think the bug has to do with server ping and hitboxes
