- I have no clue how it does that
- it is happening completely randomly
Explanation
There is a duplication bug with the assault class. What happens is, the C4 gets randomly duplicated/restocked. I was able to throw anything from 4 to 6 C4s during a couple of matches. I wasn't next to a restock box.
