Unable to Join Lobbies: Disconnects and Glitched Skybox

Steps to Reproduce

1. When I click the server browser and click to join an available game, about half the time I look at a black screen before being returned to the main menu.
2. The other half of the time when I am able to successfully load, I am met with a static image of the skybox that follows my vision.
3. No other buttons function and I am left to force quit the app.

Explanation

Unable to join any available lobby without disconnecting or seeing a glitched skybox screen.
