Network Issues Causing Rubber Banding and Input Delays

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play on PC with a hotspot.
2. Have the same issues with WiFi.
3. Experience network error issues.
4. Bad connection at about 30mbps or less.
5. Around 3-400 ping.

Explanation

Playing on bad WiFi: Because of my location and the copper cables going to my house I have to play on a hotspot and I get about enough ping to always have a network issue logo tho it is 5g at the top of the screen and the game plays very odd because it's still playable but you get allot of rubber banding also it affects loading the guns as your mag as you load it as it unloads and the action undoing itself meaning you have to give it multiple attempts to load and c*** another problem is that this causes an input delay between firing the gun as well as the rate of fire changing and other issues with the guns is that sometimes it feels like your not doing damage I've been in situations where I've sunk half a mag it to someone and seen the red mist affect and done no damage and dieing as a result of it or your kill being taken because the game didn't register it which means you have to play around It and it can be annoying at some times this also means that the other team can hit you through walls as on there side they are shooting at you were for you your behind a wall the controllers for vehicles is similar to this as you have a delay input making controlling them challenging. I don't know if you can fix that but I'm sure you can try to fix the hits not counting especially for sniping as about 50% don't count for me even when I see and hear the hit markers
