Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Steam with Index VR
2. Open game and any map with any class
3. Try to walk forward
4. Compare speed with other players
5. Try using right joystick to crouch and stand

Explanation

Stuck walking / Crouched and become easy target unable to run.
