Friend Requests and Team Switching Issues

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using join game only insert you at the friends team side
2. Don't jump you back to another side while launching new game/map within the same server

Explanation

I'm using quest verions, my friend on steam

1. We both send friend request, nobody got it. We had to add ourselves as friend using only when we get to the same server and then go out and choose from recent played player add feature.
2. Ones we we friend I use "Join game" system place me on the order team. I've used switch teams options, but almost every time after new map was lunch I've been place at the other team so I had to swich teams every time.
