Steps to Reproduce

1. Check the Scar-H extended mag.
2. Verify the ammo count on the stat page.
3. Observe that the stat page shows a cap of 31.
4. Play the game and load the Scar-H with an extended mag.
5. Check the in-game ammo count.
6. Observe that the in-game ammo count caps at 29.
7. Test if it matters whether an extra round is chambered or not.
8. Observe that the in-game ammo count remains at 29 regardless.

Explanation

Extended Mag working improperly and not giving the proper amount of ammo. (29 rather than 30 with the scar-H extended mag)
