Steps to Reproduce
- Attach a C4 to an ATV.
- Your friend goes to blow it up.
- Before pressing the detonator, the tank shoots the ATV.
- The C4 detonates and the tank also detonates.
- Because it wasn't the detonator that detonated the C4, you don't have any C4 to use after re-supply.
- It seems the game thinks your C4s are still somewhere on the map.
- The script responsible for detonating them via the detonator didn't work; they exploded from the tank.
- You can access the C4s again only when you die.
Explanation
If the tank detonates the C4 before you press the detonator, you have no access to the C4

1) How many C4 have you used in total for that life? 2) When you got resupplied, could you see the C4 on the detonator?
