Explanation
Game isn't loading on me and my friends valve index steam vr. We've been stuck on loading then it launches me back to the steam vr home, refund is being requested.

Couple things to try:
- Make sure you’re not using the SteamVR Beta, the Beta version can mess with things
- Try the game on a different OpenXR Runtime (Oculus or SteamVR)
- Go into the SteamVR settings, and check the XR API layer settings, make sure to disable any enabled layers here

Same issue reported for #342 and #451. I've put more details in #451 and all the suggestions were tried but none of them worked for me. The game was running fine for me on 17th Nov and the issue suddenly occur on 19th Nov when I try to play. Detailed logs and screenshot shared in #451
