Steps to Reproduce
- Be on Quest 3
- Try to send friend request to someone on Steam.
- See that it’s not pending in your list.
- Confirm with recipient that they did not receive it.
Explanation
Cannot add friends cross-platform as most of the people I’ve met and wanted to friend cannot accept requests from me and I cannot accept requests from them.

Did you try to add them by entering their name? If so, can you double check that you also use the correct capitalization when entering their name.

I am unsure what the issue was, but it has since been resolved.
