Steps to Reproduce

1. Be on Quest 3
2. Try to send friend request to someone on Steam.
3. See that it’s not pending in your list.
4. Confirm with recipient that they did not receive it.

Explanation

Cannot add friends cross-platform as most of the people I’ve met and wanted to friend cannot accept requests from me and I cannot accept requests from them.
