Player gets stuck while climbing down rocks

Steps to Reproduce

1. Walk between point B and C in Mauritania
2. Just past the little viewing hut on the right, go toward the rocks
3. Climb between the rocks down towards the water
4. You will get stuck and will not be able to get out.

Explanation

I was playing last evening and while climbing down a rock , I got wedged and was unable to get out. I tried jumping and moving in multiple directions. The only way to get out was for me to get killed.
