Sniper Rifle Drifts Sideways During Follow-Up Shots

Steps to Reproduce

1. Aiming down scope
2. Keeping left hand on rifle to hold steady
3. Using trigger hand to operate bolt
4. Holding scope on target
5. The gun will rip out of your hands in a weird way

Explanation

I don't know if it fully qualify as a bug, but i am guessing it isn't how it is intended to function. The sniper on follow up shots no matter how steady you keep your anchor hand the gun rips to the side , it's really jarring and really hurts the feel of playing the snipe. I have a video displaying it.
