Steps to Reproduce
- Shake your head
- dont know if its an issue that happens to everyone
- It was an issue with paint the town red vr, but theirs was significantly worse
Explanation
Like the player camera is delayed from my head movements. Like when your playing gforce now and you move your mouse, but you can feel that the game doesnt react immediately. Another example is controller predictions, when your preds are high and you quickly move your controller it'll delay when you start moving and then when you stop your hand the controller will keep going and then s*** back to your hands real position, its really sickening. Happens on all graphics settings, all refresh rates, no matter if the fps is meeting those rates or not.

This project restricts device information visibility.SteamVR overlay=no latency. the game=big rotational latency as if my head rotation is interpolated.
it may be less at higher refresh rates but I only have a vive so 90hz only, I imagine it is exacerbated for the people having fps issues if it is interpolation that is dependent on fps.
2nd video is slow-mo of first one to be able to see the issue better, it's harder to notice in recording but basically unplayable in VR
feels like trying to play a game over parsec, only present on forefront not in other VR games
