Regression of:	#330 Character Randomly Snaps to Different Angles While Moving or Shooting This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Reoccurring anytime I'm on Forefront.

Explanation

As of the most recent update, (it wasn't happening prior) I've been experiencing what seems like snap turn, but it happens randomly, and excessively. It ALWAYS occurs whether I'm in a lobby, or on the home screen. At first I thought it was just stick drift on my controllers, so I changed snap turn to smooth turn, and just kept happening. I would be happy to share a video, just let me know where to send it too. Thank you.
