Tank Commander Gets Stuck in Score Screen After Kill Shot

Steps to Reproduce

1. Fire a kill shot on a tank just before they fire one on you.
2. If your shot hits then their shot will stick you in the score screen where you are unable to respawn.

Explanation

When 2 tanks fire kill shots at same time the last tank commander to die gets stuck in the score screen and cannot respawn. Any button presses only plays a tank firing sound and the player must exit and rejoin the match. I think the game is designed to let the faster shooter to survive, creating a buggy situation. I would make it more realistic so that if they get a shot off before being destroyed then it should register properly.
