Explanation
Hello devs,
I just discovered these bug report and feedback channels; they were hidden on my end. So, I'm sharing everything I've reported over the last three weeks; perhaps some things have been fixed since then:
-Please add the ability to ping enemies or objectives.
-When inside a vehicle, if the driver seat becomes free and another player wants to urgently take over, the “change seat” button should prioritize the driver seat rather than cycling through all seats. Similarly, if the mounted gun seat is free, switching seats as the driver should prioritize that seat as well.
-When OpenXR is set to Meta Quest Link, every other VR game launches SteamVR alongside the game (which is helpful for dual-eye view and SteamVR settings). Forefront is the only game that does not trigger SteamVR unless OpenXR is set to SteamVR.
-Another SteamVR issue: the in-game button for accessing the leaderboard, options, and recentering is the same as the SteamVR overlay button. Since SteamVR takes priority, those in-game menus become inaccessible whenever SteamVR is running.
-About sprinting: I’ve been told sprinting already exists by clicking the left joystick, but I honestly see no difference—with or without a weapon. A dedicated sprint button would help a lot. A knife-slot movement bonus or even a physical arm-swing sprint mechanic would also be great.
-Climbing could be more permissive—not necessarily as free as Population: One, but the ability to mantle / vault / climb more objects or structures would be fantastic.
-When leveling up, the earned points display is cropped incorrectly. For example “+2000 points” might only show “+2”.
-The “Angled Grip” reward for the MK4 STRIKER in the Assault class seems strictly worse than earlier unlocks. It has no advantages despite being long to unlock—why?
-I find it a bit unfortunate that we can’t hold a weapon in each hand, even if it would reduce accuracy. VR encourages player freedom, and not being able to grab the pistol with the off-hand breaks immersion a little.
-Similar point for vehicles: only the right hand moves forward and the left hand moves backward. On quads for example, the right handle should control acceleration and the left handle should control reverse, regardless of which hand is holding the handle. This would allow us to drive left-handed and shoot right-handed with better accuracy.
-The sound emitted by the sniper respawn beacon is too loud for teammates. I imagine it's well-balanced for enemies, but for your own team it becomes distracting.
-It seems impossible to create a party to ensure you end up in the same squad as your friends. That would be very helpful.
-It would be great to see who is speaking: an icon next to player names on the leaderboard and above their heads in-game, to know who to mute when necessary.
-Some weapons appear to be identical across different classes (e.g., certain pistols), but progression restarts from level 0. If it's the exact same weapon, it would feel fairer to share progression between classes.
-For “PC Flat” streaming, please allow choosing which eye (left, right, or both) is rendered. Currently it’s locked to the left eye, which looks odd for viewers since I primarily aim with my right eye.
-Please add the ability to honk vehicle horns by tapping the steering wheel or handlebars.
-I don’t think we receive bonus XP for detonating an objective we personally armed. Also, I’m not sure whether defusing grants XP—it may, but I’m not certain, so I wanted to mention it.
-When flying high or far away (e.g., in helicopters), many textures appear black or unloaded, showing voids when looking at the ground.
-A tutorial for each class / weapon / gadget—or at least a menu showing all controls—would be extremely helpful for new players.
-The reloading of the last assault-class rifle is extremely buggy.

Device information is not visible to you
This project restricts device information visibility.-Maybe I misunderstood, but when you're holding C4, there's the same blue trail to predict the throwing trajectory as with a grenade, except that as far as I know, you can't throw C4 like a grenade; you have to throw it "physically."
-It would be great if servers with the lowest ping were selected by default, or at least if the game remembered our preferred server-sorting method. Right now, clicking “Ping” once sorts by highest ping (which nobody wants), and only the second click gives the lowest ping. Ideally, the first sort should already show lowest ping first.
-Jumping + crouching should allow players to squeeze through many window openings.
-A progressive music cue near the end of a match (for example when 25 tickets remain) would be amazing to signal that the team is close to winning or losing.
-Allow players to respawn next to their squad members even if the vehicle they are in is full—just spawn on the ground (or sky) next to them.
-Make it easier to see the next attachment unlock for the currently equipped weapon, and how many kills remain. It would help a lot if this information appeared directly on the respawn / map screen, without needing to navigate back into sub-menus.
-Accents do not work in usernames. For example, my girlfriend’s name is “Léonore,” but it appears as “L?onore.”
-The laser sight disappeared several times when I was using a shotgun, especially when I had only a few shells left (though it may be a coincidence). Either way, the attachment stopped working. Similarly, I once had the red dot of an LMG sight disappear as well.
-When losing a zone, you can no longer respawn in it or on squadmates still inside—it makes sense. However, even when those squadmates move forward into the next zone (the one we are supposed to defend next), we still cannot respawn on them until the game officially transitions to that new zone. This seems to be a bug.
-Add the ability to recenter the view from the main menu, just like we can do in-game when respawning.
-Add achievements, please ❤️
-My friend and I are often separated into different squads—or even different teams—between matches.
-Performance has been worse since the latest update. I initially thought it was because of the new « streaming » settings, but even after disabling them, the game still feels less smooth (European servers, in case it matters).
-The previous weapon-progression system was much better: no need to do mental math (lol) to know how many kills were left, and we could clearly see upcoming unlocks, including the total kills required to finish a weapon. It was a thousand times more convenient, so I really don’t understand the change. At the very least, please add an option to display something like “17 kills left” instead of “13/30.”
-I feel like some actions lack haptic feedback—ammo boxes, for example.
-Save the class you were playing between matches; Assault is always selected by default.
-A friend told me that the first sight unlocked on his first medic weapon is overriding the default sight; he thinks it's a bug.
-Many server shutdowns without any clear explanation, and some issues with frozen servers and disconnections.
-My friends and I are still separated from our squad between games; sometimes we're not even on the same team anymore.
-I honestly think the addition of the "in combat" mechanic, where you can't respawn with your squad, is awful. I know it's the case in Battlefield, but it's extremely frustrating, and it even seemed to be triggered while my squad member was taking cover.
I think you should remove it, or change how it works, for example, so that it's only activated when there are enemies within 2 meters of us or something like that.
-This is the first time this has happened to me; I got an "infinite" black screen, as if the game had crashed, when I clicked "quit" at the end of a game.
(I much prefer a "in combat" message to warn that we risk getting shot upon respawning, but with the player having the choice to respawn or not. As it is, squads lose much of their appeal because we spend a lot of time waiting for the "in combat" message, and we don't always play with friends in our squad, so we can't always ask to get perfectly into cover to wait for our respawn.
In my opinion, it's very frustrating. In rush mode, you're almost always in combat, except at the team HQ, so it's pointless if you respawn on your squad at HQ; it's the same thing.)
