Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter into any vehicle (for instance, the Humvee).
2. Grab pistol and eject the magazine. Your seat should swap.

Explanation

When reloading a pistol magazine in any vehicle, the seat of the one who reloaded will also be swapped (likely due to the overlapped input).
