Steps to Reproduce

1. It started when I looked at a helicopter with the sniper.
2. After that anything I looked at would do this and I’d have to move the gun a lot to get it to stop.

Explanation

While using the recon class visuals in the scope seem to freeze a lot. It’s like the image you’re looking at stays in place like you took a picture of it, even though the object is still moving in game.
