Steps to Reproduce

  1. Grab on to the steering wheel and hold on to it the entire time
  2. Get off it (going fast will probably help)
  3. Get flung and die

Explanation

When you are grabbing the steering of a vehicle and get off it while hold on you might get flung instant killing you.
