Explanation
Hackers breaking sniper rifles it only happens with sniper rifles. Not assault or medic or engineer only sniper. Also have full auto shotguns are here now :(

pretty sure this is the left handed bug that was supposedly fixed in this hotfix. And pumping the pump shotgun can be done really quickly. No hacks here.
